I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The traditional Thai tiles in the bathroom and the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel added a touch of culture and warmth to the atmosphere. The general areas were also very comfortable and cozy. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on one level.

I would have loved to see more grab bars or handrails in the bathrooms to ensure better safety and stability for senior people.

Well, where to start? Room was nice, clean and made up every day. The hotel´s postion is in the northeast of the old city. Very good, you can walk to every wat and sight inside the old city. You can also rent a bike nextdoor. Neighbourhood has everything you need: 7/11, very nice restaurants and especially nina´s thai massage, go there! And the best: our hosts where the nicest of our journey. They were like parents, helped us with everything. We could check in 6 am, when our nightbus from ayuthaya arrived, they helped us booking tours without pushing us into something and were generally speaking very nice and friendly. If you want to, you can have interesting and nice chats with them. Would always stay there again. Don´t be afraid there are not so much recommendation, it´s because they opened only one year ago.

Well, uhm, nothing? Maybe I mention one thing, so you can see, I at least tried to find something. You cannot put toilette paper into the toilette, but have to throw it into the garbage can. But seriously, You are in Thailand. If you don´t plan to reside in five star hotels, you have to get used to that. So no big deal at all and they empty the garbage can every day.

We had a fantastic time and extended our stay in Chiang Mai to three more days because we liked it so much. The Hotel is operated by a very friendly and helpful New Zealand/Thai couple. They offer an excellent service besides a good talk and a good laugh. The Hotel is only a few footsteps away from many restaurants and bars. We would very much love to come back. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay.

It's very safe,clean and comfortable. They have very good restaurant serving delicious food.The host is very nice couple and they give me a lot of advice for traveling in Chiang Mai.

the room at the top was immaculately clean, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. They provided great recommendations for activities suitable for my 2-year-old, and even organized trips for us at a reasonable price. the location in the old town was perfect and the safety was top-notch. I hope to come back when my little one grows up.

The owners and staff were incredible. They provided us with lots of information about local sites and it was easy to organize and book excellent half day and full day trips with their help. They were very intent on making sure we had good trips and were curious to know how they went.

Einfaches Gästehaus, aber sauber und alles ordentlich, hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Besitzerin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns viele Tipps, man kann auch direkt dort Touren buchen. Walk In Preise etwas günstiger als über Booking. Relativ ruhige Seitenstraße. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

This small guesthouse is conveniently located in the heart of the Old town, making it easy to explore most everything on foot. Situated in a quiet street, it offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. the owners go above and beyond to provide excellent service, assisting with bookings and even arranging a complimentary taxi back to the airport.

The lack of a fridge in the room was a bit disappointing, especially on hot days when it would have been nice to have cool drinks readily available.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of everything, yet far enough away to be quiet. Helpful owners.

Room was cleaned every day, overall nice and clean, free use of computer and wifi, friendly and helpful owners, located near the main gate.

A bit pricey compared to other budget guest houses.

The room was comfortable and had great accommodations like a tea and coffee making facilities. the location was also very convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful in organizing tours and providing advice for exploring the area.

The temperature control for the air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. the room had a slightly dated feel to it, but it was clean and well-maintained overall.
